✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Change of mind or personal preferences after delivery.

To initiate a return:

After approval:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, bank).

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If not, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
